Dobrý den,po dnešní zkušenosti nemůžu bohužel tuto kliniku doporučit .Naprosto neprofesionální přístup.Dnes jsem byla objednána na konzultaci v 9:00.Kdyz jsem se byla na recepci v 10:00 zeptat,jak dlouho ještě budu čekat,ze vidím,ze mají hodně práce,ale ze to potřebuji vědět,tak mě pan na recepci utnul,ze pan Chorvat má MENŠÍ zpoždění a ze po další konzultaci půjdu na radu.Bohuzel jsem vydržela čekat další hodinu,protože jsem kvůli konzultaci jela 200km.Kdyz už mi došla trpělivost a po dvou hodinách čekání jsem šla k výtahu,tak na mě zavolala paní z recepce,ze už jdu na radu.Pak mi bylo před dveřmi sděleno,ze pak doktor na mě zapomněl a ze si teď odbehne od operace,aby mohl se mnou na konzultaci.Konzultace trvala 5minut,kde mi nebylo sděleno nic jiného,než co si sám člověk na internetu najde.Konzultace proběhla ve stoje v nějaké místnosti,kde byli skříňky na prevlekani.Pan doktor už byl v operačním oblečení.Nikdo se za ty dvě hodiny neomluvil ani Dr.Bohuzel .Chyby se stávají,ale je slušne se za ne taky řádně omluvit.Za dvě hodiny čekání a 5minut konzultace na naprosto neprofesionální urovni jsem tam nechala 500,-Bohužel na tuhle kliniku už by jsem nikdy nesla .Za mě rozhodne ne !

Then I was told in front of the door that the doctor had forgotten about me and that he would now run away from the surgery so that he could come for a consultation with me. The consultation lasted 5 minutes, where I was told nothing other than what a person would find on the internet. The consultation took place while standing in some The room where the changing rooms were. The doctor was already in his operating room. No one apologized for the two hours, not even Dr. Bohuzel. Mistakes happen, but it's polite to apologize properly for them. For two hours of waiting and 5 minutes of consultation at a completely unprofessional level, I left 500 there. Unfortunately, I would never go to this clinic again. Definitely not for me!

Pan doktor Lucak je clovek na pravem miste, je velmi mily, vstricny, neskutecne lidsky a diky jeho letitym zkusenostem i obrovsky profesional. Personal na recepci i sestricky byly velmi mile a vsticne, pan doktor usmevavy a chapavy, citila jsem se jako v bavlnce 😊 Doporucuji !!
