The principle of the hair removal method is the action of a laser beam, which selectively captures the pigment in the hair, passes through the upper layer of the skin without damaging it, up to the hair bulb, and destroys it by thermal action. In the case of light or weak hairs, which are simultaneously affected by radio frequency waves that do not connect with the hair pigment, with the help of cooling the upper layer of the skin, it is possible to effectively remove the roots, including the bulbs in the lowest layers. Since the laser acts on hairs that are in the stage of current growth, about a third of them are removed in one treatment, so it is necessary to repeat laser hair removal. Depending on the size of the treated area, the procedure is performed at least 7 times, with a time interval of approx. 4 - 12 weeks, depending on the type of treated part. Why is it necessary to repeat the treatment? During the procedure, some hairs are in the "sleeping" or "falling out" phase, so the laser does not affect them. Only those in the "active growth" phase are removed. Despite the adequate results of the treatment in the vast majority of clients, it is not possible to guarantee the success or lasting success of the treatment given that many factors affect the effectiveness of the treatment. Hormonally affected hairs require a higher number of treatments than is standard for epilation. In the case of hair removal, the efficiency of the procedure is very low.

The gentle procedure is tolerated without problems, but it is necessary to follow several rules so that the treatment is carried out in the best possible way. Before the procedure, the hairs must not be pulled out, it is only allowed to trim them or remove them by shaving, otherwise we would not achieve the correct effectiveness of the laser. Restriction of min. 2 weeks also applies to a fresh tan after a stay in the sun. Shave the hair completely 24 hours before the procedure.
After the treatment, the skin may show redness and slight swelling. Application of moisturizing creams is desirable. After the procedure, avoid sunbathing, solarium, swimming pools, saunas for approximately 14 days to avoid hypo/hyperpigmentation of the skin. If you will be in the sun, protect your skin with high-quality sun creams with a high protection factor. It is also not advisable to use alcohol-containing deodorants (sprays), min. 1 day.
